Magan Carrigan is a New York based writer, producer, and consultant. She has interned in marketing at Regional Tony Award winning theatres Arena Stage and The Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, DC. In 2015, Magan and her team raised $15,000 on Indiegogo to fund the first 3 episodes of Solid 8: The Webseries. Solid 8 premiered on YouTube, resulting in 125 subscribers and over 4,600 views so far. Since its premiere, Solid 8 has screened at multiple festivals, and Magan has continued to work in the web series community by speaking on panels and running social media marketing for Brooklyn Web Fest during their 2017 submission period. Magan has studied Improv at Upright Citizens Brigade and completed the Film/TV I acting class with Lorrel Manning at the Barrow Group. She received her Masters of Fine Arts in Acting at the Actors Studio Drama School and has completed the Summer Intensive Acting Workshop at Circle in the Square Theatre School in New York City.
